Finish Off Your Weight Loss Journey With a Noninvasive Body Contouring Procedure

Sculpsure

You’ve sweated it out at the gym, cut out some of your favorite foods, taken your medications and supplements, and your hard work is finally coming to fruition. But you’re still just a little bit shy of your weight loss goals. Why not let us take over from here with our body contouring services?

At Weight Loss and Vitality, our goal is essentially your goal — to help you feel good about the body you’re in. When it comes to weight loss, we understand that it can be a tough journey, especially toward the end, which is why we offer body contouring procedures to close the gap to your ideal body shape.

To ensure that we have the right tool for the job for you, we offer two different noninvasive body contouring technologies to our patients in Alexandria, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. — SculpSure® and BTL Vanquish Me™.

Here’s a look at both of our body contouring procedures to give you an idea of how we can put the finishing touches on your weight loss efforts.

Body sculpting with SculpSure

SculpSure is an FDA-cleared, noninvasive laser body contouring system that touts a 90% satisfaction rate. With SculpSure, we deliver laser energy through your skin, without harming the surface area, to target the fat cells below. The energy heats up and destroys these cells, leaving your body to flush them away naturally.

SculpSure is safe to use almost anywhere on your body, including your:

With SculpSure we can eliminate up to 24% of the fat cells in your treatment areas, and they don’t regenerate.

Each treatment takes just 25 minutes, and we typically recommend a series of treatments for the best results, which we can determine during your consultation. The treatments are spread out by several weeks to allow time for your body to process the damaged fat cells.

As you progress through your treatments, your results will gradually reveal themselves, and by 6-12 weeks after your final SculpSure session, you’ll be rewarded with a slimmer body that best shows off your weight loss journey.

BTL Vanquish Me — the disrupter

Our BTL Vanquish Me system relies on laser energy to disrupt fatty cells by selectively heating your adipose tissue. By disrupt, we mean that the technology shrinks and eliminates fat cells in your target areas.

The BTL Vanquish Me system works well for treating larger areas because of its patented selective RFTM technology, which allows us to reduce the entire circumference of your abdominal area and your inner and outer thighs.

The contactless system rests about an inch above the surface of your skin and delivers radiofrequency energy into your subdermal fat cells, which heats them up and destroys them. Each treatment takes 30-45 minutes, and most of our patients benefit from a series of treatments — usually four treatments that we space apart by a week.

Your first results will generally be noticeable 2-3 weeks after your final BTL Vanquish Me treatment, with optimal results after a couple of months.

Maintaining your results

Both the SculpSure and BTL Vanquish Me systems work by reducing the overall number of fat cells in your treatment areas. And while these fat cells don’t regenerate, your remaining fat cells can still grow in size if you slip away from your diet. So be sure to continue your healthier eating habits and exercise regimen to maintain the great new shape you’ve acquired through weight loss and body contouring.
